Baba ghanoush

This meal is especially for our #vegan friends. A very easy to make dish for the summer evenings !


Serves: 4-5
Cooking time: 40 minutes
Difficulty: Everyone can cook it !


Ingredients:
– 1 big eggplant
– 1/4 cup tahini
– 3/4 cup yougurt
– 3 cloves of mashed garlic
– 1 tablespoon lemon sauce
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil
– Salt to taste

 

 

 


How to do it:

Step 1: Grill the eggplant until it is well done and very soft all through. When it is done, let it cool and peel it.
Step 2: In a bowl, add all the ingredients except the olive oil and mix them well. Cut the eggplant into chunks and add it to the previous mixture.
Finnish: Scoop in a serving platter and drizzle with olive oil.
