Since we love cooking, we want to show you how to transform a combination of simple dishes into a gourmet chef-d’œuvre. Cooking time: 30 minutes
Difficulty: Everyone can cook it!
– 1 can of condensed milk
– 100 grams powder sugar
– 1 package of vanilla sugar
– 250 gr of coconut
– 200 grams dark chocolate
How to do it:
Step 1: Mix the milk, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Slowly add the coconut while mixing all the ingredients. Use a kitchen robot in order to achieve a nice mixture. Leave in the refrigerator for 20 to 30 minutes in order to cool off.
Step 2: Break the dark chocolate into smaller pieces and place them in a heatproof bowl. Sit over a pan of barely simmering water (a bain marie) and allow the chocolate to melt, stirring occasionally.
Step 3: Take the coconut mix from the fridge and use it to form sticks (finger shaped). Once they are ready use the melted chocolate to cover them as you desire (2 types of bounty sticks shown on the picture).
Finish: Use the melted chocolate on some strawberries. The contrast of the flavor between the fruit and the coconut is enjoyable and refreshing.
