Perhaps the world’s healthiest diet ! The fish is the lean sources of protein in Mediterranean diet. This healthy food can be prepared in 30 minutes. Tomatoes and olives gives to the fish a unique taste.
Cooking time: 30 minutes
– 1 Seabass or any other white fish
– Black olives
– Cherry Tomatoes
– Extra Virgin olive oil
– Salt & Peper
How to do it:
Step 1: Clean the fish, remove the head and cut in half. The Fish should look like an opened book.
Step 2: Cut the cherry tomatoes, black olives, capers & rosemary and sprinkle it all over the fish.
Step 3: Add Extra Virgin olive oil and place it in oven for 30-35 min on 190 °C.
Finish: Before serving prepare an easy sauce for the fish by mixing the lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil and salt. Add it on the fish before serving.
